Food and Beverage Attendant - Team Leader

are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic staff for a variety of

hospitality roles, including Hospitality Managers. These

opportunities may vary week to week and are ideal for individuals seeking

flexible work with reputable clients. Shifts will be offered subject to event

requirements, with updates provided as schedules are confirmed.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support hospitality teams to ensure smooth

daily operations and high service standards

Act as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and

stakeholders during shifts or events; and coordinate workforce

requirements

Provide clear direction, guidance, and on-the-job support to

team members

Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly and

professionally

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace

policies, and safety requirements

Manage attendance, punctuality, and late arrivals, escalating

issues where required

Handle operational challenges, incidents, or urgent staffing

matters calmly and effectively

Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to staff

and management

Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members

Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and workforce

documentation

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet

staffing and service needs

Assist with planning and coordination for peak periods or

high-volume operations

Maintain a professional presence and represent the organisation

positively at all times

Your Profile

*Previous Hospitality Team Leader/Workforce Coordinator

experience in premium events;* 5-star

hotels or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded

Valid RSA and Food Handler Cert (Essential)

Experienced in 3-Plate Carry and Drink Tray Handling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Impeccable Grooming & Appearance

Ability to manage operational issues in real time

Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence

* Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting staff

We are hosting interview sessions

regularly. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend one of these

sessions.
