### **Position Overview**
The **Full Charge Bookkeeper** will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting functions for multiple entities within the property management portfolio. This position works closely with the Controller and plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end reporting.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain **general ledgers for multiple entities**
- Process **accounts payable and accounts receivable**
- Perform **bank and account reconciliations**
- Prepare **journal entries and assist with month-end close**
- Track and record **property-related income and expenses**
- Assist with **financial reporting and internal reporting needs**
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the Controller on accounting processes and improvements

### **Qualifications**
- **5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience**
- Experience handling **full-cycle bookkeeping or multiple accounting functions**
- Strong understanding of **general ledger accounting and reconciliations**
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities or accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus, but not required
