A growing and well-capitalized **real estate investment firm in Santa Rosa** is seeking an **Acquisitions Analyst** to support deal evaluation, underwriting, and investment execution across a diversified property portfolio.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

• Analyze new acquisition opportunities and build **financial models / pro formas**
• Evaluate **rent comps, market data, and investment assumptions**
• Assist with **due diligence** , including financial and property-level review
• Support preparation of **investment memos and presentations**
• Track active deals and support transaction execution
• Work closely with accounting and asset management to monitor performance

**What We’re Looking For**

• 2–4+ years of experience in **real estate, finance, or investment analysis**
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Interest in real estate investments and deal-making
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

**Compensation & Benefits**

• **$90K – $120K base + bonus**
