**What You’ll Be Doing**

------------------------

• Lead audit engagements for **governmental and non-profit organizations**
• Perform and oversee fieldwork, testing, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with **GAAP, GAAS, and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book)**
• Assist with audits under **Uniform Guidance (Single Audits)**
• Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures
• Supervise and review work of staff auditors
• Communicate directly with clients and help resolve audit findings

**What We’re Looking For**

• 4–7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience with **government and/or non-profit audits** (required)
• Familiarity with **Single Audits / Yellow Book** (strongly preferred)
• CPA or actively pursuing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines

**Compensation & Benefits**
