A well-established and growing **real estate investment firm in Sonoma** is seeking a **Senior Fund Accountant** to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity portfolio.

**Position Overview**

---------------------

This role will focus on **fund-level accounting, consolidations, and investor-related reporting** . You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure accuracy across entities while helping refine and maintain strong reporting processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

• Prepare **fund-level financial statements** across multiple entities
• Perform and support **fund rollups and consolidations**
• Track and reconcile **capital activity** (contributions, distributions, allocations)
• Assist with **investor reporting packages** (quarterly/annual)
• Ensure accuracy of financial data across all entities
• Support audit and tax processes
• Partner with leadership to **improve and maintain reporting processes**
• Work within and help optimize **Yardi**

**What We’re Looking For**

• Experience in **real estate fund accounting** (required)
• Exposure to **fund rollups / consolidations** (required)
• Proficiency with **Yardi** (required)
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Process-minded with a desire to improve systems and workflows

**Compensation & Benefits**

• **$115K – $135K base + bonus**
