Warehouse Operative (Tunstall) – Tile Mountain & Bathroom Mountain (Goods In & Picking)
Hours of Work - Day Shifts
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team across both of our warehouse sites: Tile Mountain (non‑automated) and Bathroom Mountain (automated). You’ll play a key role in Goods In and order picking, ensuring accurate, efficient handling of stock using a mix of manual processes and advanced automation technology.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick customer orders using automated systems at Bathroom Mountain
Carry out manual picking and stock handling tasks at Tile Mountain
Work with automated machinery, conveyors, and robotic picking equipment (Bathroom Mountain)
Receive, check, and process incoming goods in the Goods In department
Load and unload items from storage locations safely and efficiently
Follow all warehouse processes, health & safety guidelines, and company procedures
Report equipment faults or stock discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily KPIs and productivity targets
Maintain a clean, organised workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness
Requirements
2 Years recent experience working in a Warehouse environment
Previous warehouse, goods in, or picking experience
Comfortable working in both automated and non‑automated warehouse environments
Basic computer literacy and confidence using scanning devices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods
Ability to lift heavy items when required
Flexible approach to shifts, including weekend work
Reach Truck experience preferred
