Are you an experienced workshop leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee workshop operations, lead a team, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Competitve Salary Package!

Our client is a well-established Auto body manufacturer and leader in Aftersales service across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and South Australia.

$110K base + Super + Overtime (Penalty Rate Applied)
All leave entitlements
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop operations
Lead a small team of 5 - 10 team members
Lead and support workshop staff
Schedule jobs and allocate resources
Prepare quotations and cost estimates
Monitor workshop performance, costs, quality and safety
Ensure deadlines and productivity targets are achieved
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Your Profile
5+ years of previous leadership experience in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive, service or repair environment
Trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical, and body building repairs
Strong work ethics
Experience with scheduling, quoting and workshop operations
* Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol analysis, musculoskeletal evaluation and hearing test
