Activity Assistant

**Schedule**: Part Time

Monday 11 am - 7 pm, Friday 11 am - 7pm, and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm

**Salary:** $16.00 - $18.50/hour - based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and caring **Activities Assistant.**

**Activities Assistant Responsibilities include:**

• Collaborate with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas.
• An ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.

**Activity Assistant Education and Experience**

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
