• We are looking for Care Partners (Healthcare Assistants) to join our team at Elizabeth Knox Home & Hospital in Epsom, Auckland.
• As a Care Partner, you will be part of a supportive care team, providing daily care and assistance to residents while promoting their independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.
• Positions available
• Permanent Full-time
• Work 5 days per week across a 7-day roster
• Applicants must have flexibility to work rostered shifts across the week, including weekends
• Suitable for candidates looking for regular, ongoing employment
• Casual
• Work on an as-required basis, depending on roster and service needs
• Flexibility to work across different days and shifts is highly valued
• Suitable for candidates looking for flexible work arrangements
• About the role

As a Care Partner, you will

• Support residents with their daily care and personal needs
• Assist residents to maintain their independence and participate in everyday activities
• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and their whanau
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment
