• Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting older people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives?
• Elizabeth Knox Home & Hospital is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Epsom, Auckland.
• This position requires flexibility to work rostered shifts across seven days per week, including AM, evening, and night shifts.
• About the role
• As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care while supporting the wellbeing, dignity, independence, and choices of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing safe and high-quality clinical nursing care
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating residents' care
• Administering medications and completing clinical documentation
• Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in their condition
• Working collaboratively with Care Partners and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Communicating effectively with residents, whanau and healthcare professionals
• Supporting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment
• Providing clinical guidance and support to the care team.
• About you

We are looking for Registered Nurses who

• Hold a current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Have strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are compassionate and committed to supporting older people
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Are reliable, professional and able to adapt to the needs of residents
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Are able to work permanent full-time hours across a seven-day roster
• * Have the flexibility to work AM, evening, and night shifts.
• Previous experience in aged residential care would be an advantage.
