Clay Course Driver

The Clay Course Driver will be responsible for taking groups of people from Blackberry to Smoky Mountain Sports Club.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

• Provide transportation for guests and team members to scheduled shoots
• Follow instructions from your direct supervisor
• Provides safe transportation for on-the-property or off-property activities
• Assist all other departments to meet the guest needs
• Be familiar with all of Blackberry Farm's past, present & future
• Support with general course maintenance

**Must comply with all company policies and procedures.**

**Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.**

**Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests.**

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**

• Basic knowledge and understanding of math

**REASONING ABILITY**

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
• Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to life 50lbs

• 4,200 acres of Blackberry Farm property and 5,200 acres of Blackberry Mountain property
• Smoky Mountain Sports Club
• The roads between the two locations listed above
