Clean Tech (Data Center Construction)

Peregrine Team is hiring Cleaning Techs for a large Data Center construction project in Irving, TX!

**Day Shift**

**Starting pay $19+**

As a Cleaning Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of cleaning projects from start to finish. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding data center environments.

**Job Duties:**

• Comfortable in construction environments, using machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead
• Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical, or GMP environment
• Perform subfloor vacuuming and wiping
• Perform drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping
• Clean outside of cabinets
• Vacuum and mop floor surfaces (vinyl and HPL floors)
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners
• May assist with monitoring personnel entry and exit points to controlled or sanitized areas to ensure PPE compliance

**Requirements:**

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and substance screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid government-issued ID
• Must have steel-toed (or safety-toed) boots

**Preferred:**

• Knowledge of data center environments
• Experience as a cleaner/janitor
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
