As a breakfast and lunch restaurant, we have no evening shifts and provide competitive compensation, including robust benefits.

Our introductory role, the dishwasher position will support our Customer Service staff as food runner, dining room cleaning and dishwashing.

**Position Type**

• **Full-Time, 32-40 hrs/wk. Flexible weekend availability required. Must be available to work closing shifts from 11am - 7pm.**

**Responsibilities**

• Cleans all areas of the restaurant as needed, including the kitchen and dining areas, and removes trash
• Clean and sanitize dishes. Follow established procedures of the dish machine including monitoring proper temperatures and chemicals. Practice proper wash, rinse and sanitizing methods in the 3-compartment sinks
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures as needed
• Cleans and maintains hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
• Reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
• May help in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
• May help with general maintenance of equipment, building and storage spaces
• Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and trash areas
• Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• A team player with good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Must have 1+ years of previous restaurant dishwashing experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
