Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Casterton Memorial Hospital.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work closely with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary team members to support residents' health, wellbeing and independence. What You'll Be Doing

Person-Centred Care

Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care that promotes resident wellbeing, dignity, choice and independence.

Clinical Care Delivery

Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care in partnership with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.

Monitoring & Escalation

Recognise and respond to changes in residents' health, behaviour and wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

Consumer Engagement

Work collaboratively with residents, families and carers to support open communication and shared decision-making.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Contribute to a positive team culture while working closely with nursing, allied health and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.

Quality & Compliance

Maintain professional standards, operate within your scope of practice and contribute to continuous improvement, quality and accreditation activities.

What You Bring

Diploma of Nursing

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

Experience in aged care highly desirable

Experience supporting people living with dementia desirable

Commitment to delivering person-centred care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Sound clinical judgement and attention to detail

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Understanding of professional standards, legislation and safe work practices

Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
